Q. I have an existing display system, can you upgrade our site to run Joey v2?
A. We are often asked this question, on request of an upgrade of a competitor or now defunct business we will assess the equipment onsite, it's age and condition. Joey v2 system load varies according to its use. Heavy high definition video with complex behaviour will tax an aging system. After the site has been inspected IIND will offer our expert advise so you can make a comfortable and informed decision within your budget.

Q. I have a Real Estate installation, how often will the be system be updated. When is it updated?
A. Real Estate installs which use an Realestate.com.au feed are updated once a day at 2pm (or according to client wishes e.g. heavy office internet use during the day, updates occur after hours)

Q. My Real Estate Touch Screen/Dynamic window contains an out of date property - can you delete it?
A. Clients are able to block any property from appearing on the screen by using the exclusion option in the Joey v2 Content Management System(CMS).

Q. I have advertising I wish to display on my system, can this be displayed in Joey v2?
A. Yes. Joey can display many media formats. Please consult the CMS documentation for a full list of supported media.

Q. We have no graphical/video training or expertise, can Interactive Images prepare a series of media for a digital media advertising campaign?

A. The Joey v2 was intended to only use the best available video standards available today. MP4 H.264 encoded high definition video gives superb image clarity on small or large screens while using only slight computer processing power.

Q. I have strict conditions on the use of my branding - can you accommodate?
A. All templates go through a series of strict quality controls, draft and final proofs are sent to you for final approval prior to installation.
